Integration Healing is a combination of subtle energy work and transformational life coaching.
For thousands of years many cultures have embraced energy healing work. This universal energy is sometimes called chi, prana or mana, It works on the subtle energy levels that surrounds the body and is sometimes called the Aura. When our bodies are tired and weak or have experienced trauma these subtle energies become blocked,or disrupted and can create physical and emotional imbalances. When these subtle energies are free flowing our bodies respond in a healthy, balanced way.
Transformational Life Coaching uses various modalities that assist you in uncovering sabotaging beliefs, identifying unresolved emotional trauma, releasing the limiting blocks that suppress you from reaching your full potential.
Each session is filled with love and compassion and the divine energy of my guidance. The sessions address your specific issues and concerns and will assist you in reaching new levels of conscious awareness thus bringing you to higher levels of wholeness in body, mind and spirit.
